Junior guard Brady Morningstar has been suspended for the first semester following an arrest for DWI. He was released on $250 bond. Bill Self said he was disappointed in Morningstar, who broke new, more stringent rules that were imposed after the fights between the football and basketball teams.
Last year Morningstar averaged 6.5 points, 3 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game while shooting 42% from three and often guarding the opposing team's best perimeter player.
