Senior quarterback Todd Reesing has been named a semifinalist for the 20th William V. Campbell Trophy. The trophy goes to a Senior who has at least a 3.2 GPA, excels at football, and shows strong character and leadership. Reesing, who is a double major (finance, econ) is 9th nationally in completions and 11th in total offense.
If the awards committee has a hard on for Tim Tebow like every other person in America, then the Florida QB will probably take home the award. But if performance in school really matters, Reesing is the only choice here.
